Your mission 🚀

In this role, you will play a fundamental part in growing the team across all functions here at Donut. The team is slated to grow significantly this year—you’ll will be partnering with the leaders and talent who make it all happen. If you thrive on ownership and working creatively and collaboratively with teammates to make great hires, this is the role for you!

The role 📝

  • Own full recruitment process including interview, feedback and offer process
  • Build a diverse pipeline of candidates using creative sourcing channels, both inbound and outbound
  • Collaborate with teams to deeply understand their hiring needs and proactively translate that into a positive candidate and interviewer experience
  • Develop and deploy the processes that will help scale recruitment efforts in both the short- and mid-term
  • Manage the relationship with external recruitment partners when appropriate

What we’re looking for 🔎

  • Good vibes—you’re optimistic about the future and determined to get there
  • 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a a fast-paced environment (ideally a scale-up/start-up)
  • Proven track record of hitting hiring goals and forming positive relationships with hiring managers across a variety of functions
  • Experience coaching hiring managers and helping them develop strategic recruiting plans
  • A bias towards faster decision making over analysis-paralysis: learn quick, adjust needs if showing promise, fail fast if necessary. Taking risks and gut feel is valued!
