Your mission ๐
Weโre looking for a mobile-focused Performance Marketing Manager to lead our paid media efforts across search and social. Reporting to the Head of Growth, youโll be given a high degree of autonomy to improve performance on existing channels, experiment with new channels, and test product messaging at scale. The role ๐
- Drive performance across paid search & social, with a focus on scaling new customer acquisition while achieving efficiency targets and customer quality based on LTV
- Employ a data-driven strategy to build and act on a roadmap across all channels
- Discover, test, and scale new channel partners and vendors
- Communicate performance - highlighting opportunities, challenges, and trends
- Work cross-functionally with product marketing to test positioning
- Responsible for setting budgets, defining objectives, monitoring workflow, identifying and filling resource gaps, and implementing and refining processes as needed
- You'll be scrappy. We're an early-stage startup
What weโre looking for ๐
- You have 3+ years of experience in performance marketing consumer-oriented mobile applications.
- Managed multi-million dollar yearly performance marketing budgets
- Experience optimising ad campaigns across SEM, Paid Social a must. Programmatic experience is a major plus
- Deep understanding of foundational growth metrics: ROI/LTV/CAC
- Extensive use of data in decision making and has experience with Tableau, Looker, Metabase or other BI tools
- Used tracking tools inherent in a digital marketing tech stack - Adjust, GA, Mixpanel, and CDPs
- An understanding of how to communicate SDK updates and pixel implementations to technical teams in service to tracking channel performance
- Understanding of SKADNetwork and implementation best practices
- You are curious, customer-focused and data-driven
- You are deeply curious about crypto, DeFi, and B2C FinTech
